WHAT IS AN OPERATIONS REVIEW?
An Operations Review is a plain-language look at how your Nation’s programs, finances and governance are working, for Chief and Council, Band Managers and finance staff.
Programs, finances and governance are connected. A problem in one often starts in another. A Full Operations Review looks at everything together, so your leadership gets one clear picture and one plan.
